REGISTER
To register, please fill out the online submission form below with your details and click submit at the bottom. Once we receive your submission, a team member will contact you within 24 hours to assist you with the setup!
CONTRACT
Once your registration is finalized, we will send you a Snow Removal Contract via email that can be signed online.
ENJOY
Once you've completed the registration and signed the contract, all that's left is the payment! Relax and enjoy a stress-free winter while we handle your snow removal throughout the season!
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q. How often will my driveway get cleared?
A. Our team will be dispatched on our snow removal route when a snow event has ceased and 2 or more inches of snow has accumulated.
Q. At what times will you stop by to remove snow?
A. Our team will be dispatched no earlier than 7 am on any given day and arrive at your house no later than 10 pm. This is to abide by local bylaw regulations regarding noise and allow enough time in the morning for clients to move their vehicles out of the driveway.
Q. Do you offer flexible payment plans?
A. Yes, we do! You can choose between a one-time seasonal payment or convenient spread-out installments.
Q. Is it okay to leave my vehicle in the driveway?
A. No problem at all! If you're unable—or simply prefer not—to move your vehicles, our team will do their best to clear the area in front of them. To help prevent any potential damage, our operators maintain a minimum distance of 2 feet from all vehicles and will only clear the path leading out to the roadway.
Q. What equipment do you use for snow removal?
A. Currently, we are using a skid steer with a snow bucket to clear snow for our residential clients.
Q. When does the season start/end?
A. The Snow Removal Season will start on November 1st for the current year and end on April 15th the following year.
